Teva was a gorgeous, talented dog with great intensity and working ability, especially in agility. He was off to a great performance career but was injured with a cruciate ligament tear. Osteosarcoma then developed in the joint and took him from us at age 7 1/2. Teva gave much to the Montage breeding program but, most importantly, he was an incredibly devoted and beloved companion to my dear friend Darcy Ferrentino - her heart dog "Little Duck," nicknamed from puppyhood when he was ball of fluff with a black muzzle. Teva sired the Montage Shakespeare Litter with 8 offspring out of George x Desi daughter Am. & Can. CH Montage Montrachet PT, AX, AXJ, OJC, NGC, CGC, TDI "Bandit." "Summer" from that litter went on to produce the dynamic Montage Charmers Litter including top competition agility dog CH, MACH3 ADCH-BRONZE Montage Works Like A Charm MXF, LAA-Bronze,TM-Platinum JCH-Gold, SCH-Silver, RCH-Bronze, SACH-Bronze, RS-E, JS-E, GS-O, HIC "Rhian". He also sired the BasqueLaine "U Litter" with Grimm grandaughter Can. CH Hexen House Iserah. Teva's strong, beautiful Belgian spirit goes on through his offspring and grandoffspring, and he will always be remembered and treasured. |
