Kelda

CH Montage-BasqueLaine Genuine Risk CDX, MXJ, MX, RA, PT, CGC "Kelda"  was owned and loved by Kate Sreenan in Birmingham AL. She was Kate's first Tervuren and show/performance dog. Kate owner handled her to a breed championship. Kelda had a true working bitch temperament, and enjoyed in every sport she tried with Kate. I can still see her leaping off the top of the sandbox at 5 weeks old with such joy and fearlessness! In Rally Obedience she qualified every time she entered the ring right through Advanced. In regular obedience, she did the same thing, earning three consecutive CD legs to title, and zooming through her CDX in 3 weekends. Her first CDX Q was a 1st place out of 18 dogs wth a score of 195 and in Utility, she Q'd her first time! Whenever possible she also went herding and tracking. In agility, although she only trialed sporadically, she had 11 Double Qs toward her MACH, and over half the needed speed points. In 2010, Kelda earned the coveted ABTC Versatility Award, given to those Tervuren earning titles from 4 out of the 5 possible AKC venues. Kelda was a very versatile and beautiful Tervuren. Kelda passed on after a short illness at 11 1/2 years old. Besides her many accomplishments, she was a dear companion to Kate, fiercely devoted to her beloved human. She left a huge hole behind her in passing, and is greatly missed.

Montage-BasqueLaine Daring Escape "Aspen"  was owned by Maureen & Jack LeBlanc and their five children in Walled Lake MI. In spite of his often devilish antics, he was an exceptionally sweet dog, 100% trustworthy and incredibly loving with his large group of children. As the children were home schooled, and Maureen a stay at home mom, Aspen had constant attention and companionship. He went everywhere with his family and especially enjoyed camping trips. At age 10, he passed on suddenly leaving a huge hole in the LeBlanc home. But I can say with complete confidence that he gave much, received much, and enjoyed his life to the fullest right up until it was his time to go. If life is measured through experience rather than loss, his was a very long life indeed.

Taylor

Montage-BasqueLaine Daring Journey "Taylor"   is owned by Kathy Czarnecki in Buffalo NY. Taylor is Kathy's first Belgian and is a well loved companion dog. She is also an enthusiastic adventuresse, just like her namesake Annie Taylor, who was the first woman daredevil to go over Niagara Falls in a barrel. Taylor's exploits have been a little less hair-raising but she is always up for a dare!

BasqueLaine-Montage Risky Business HIC "Danger"  Danger is owned by Joanna Mayo in Pittsburgh PA. He is a bold, happy go lucky boy with a very outgoing nature. He is Joanna's much loved companion.

Montage-BasqueLaine Daredevil CGC "Zach"  is owned by Pat and Vilma Boyd and their daughter Michele in CT, shared with three other children and a very large extended family. He is their first Belgian. Zach earned his CGC at only 11 months old. He loves exploring the outdoors and going on camping/fishing trips with his family.
